I have raised birds for over 30 years. Living in Korea during my service in the army took up my spare time to raise different birds. Some for eating, some as pets & entertainment, & some for marketing. I found that I enjoyed the taste, enjoyed the learning & skills of caring for the birds & I liked the extra income.

We have been raising game birds for over 30 years. We are nationally known by the quality of birds which have been National Poultry Improvement Plan approved & AI monitored. We are a licensed game breeder and registered with the state of Missouri to raise and sell game birds; Button Quail (which are the smallest quail), Jumbo Brown Coturnix Quail, Celadon Coturnix Quail (which are true blue eggs), Bobwhite Quail (varieties) , White, Grey & Silver Chukars, & a variety of Ornamental Pheasants, & Peacocks.
